As we all know, keeping up with our exercise routines can be difficult, and especially challenging if you’ve taken a break from your usual routine. I know a lot of people have been thrown a curveball with isolation and lockdown periods. Routines have been completely flipped and everything looks completely different. You may be struggling at the thought of returning to the office, or trying to balance a new routine with the kids, or you may be a bit hesitant with the safety of returning to the gym and crowded places while the virus is still around.

I’m here to help you navigate all this and more by allowing access to join our challenge at anytime. Your 21 days will commence the Monday after you join (and introduction emails and set-up on the Sunday).

This isn’t your typical fitness challenge. We won’t be focusing on weight loss, before and after photos, measurements, or any other form of comparisons. We won’t shame you for eating some chocolate, and we won’t make you do burpees in exchange for a glass of wine.

If you’re after a weight-loss challenge, I’m sorry but this isn’t for you.

That’s not to say you won’t lose some body fat or a couple kilos, as that is very possible when you make realistic and sustainable lifestyle choices… but that is not our focus. Rather, we want to help empower you to take the right steps towards a healthier lifestyle through active living. We will help you build new habits and choose the right type of exercises to help you live a better life.
